BREAKFAST
– 2 slices whole wheat bread (90 calories)
– 2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams (170 calories)
– 2 tbsp Smuckers Sugar Free Jam (20 calories)
– Half a frozen banana (56 calories)
Total: 335 CALORIES

LUNCH
– 85g baby carrots (35 calories)
– 20 Good Thins crackers, 20 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, 1 Laughing Cow Swiss cheese (210 calories)
Total: 245 CALORIES

DINNER
– Fried egg (70 calories)
– 1 slice whole wheat bread (45 calories)
– Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Chicken Burger (150 calories)
– 75g broccoli (25 calories)
Total: 394 CALORIES (I accidentally put in bell peppers)

DESSERT/SNACK
– 4 tbsp popcorn kernels (160 calories)

TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE OF THE DAY: 1,134 CALORIES
