The 2 Week Diet

This is a diet plan I did a long time ago. I have seen some others recently doing the plan. So I jumped on board to lose some weight. See what I ate and how much I lost.

The Plan
Day 1
BREAKFAST
1/2 grapefruit cup of black coffee 1 slice of wheat bread
LUNCH
1 slice of wheat toast 1 can of tuna in water optional coffee
DINNER
piece of meat the size of a deck of cards I had a piece of steak
green beans, 1 banana, apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 2
BREAKFAST
1 egg, 1 slice wheat toast, 1 banana
LUNCH
1 cup of cottage cheese, 5 saltines, 1 egg
DINNER
1 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, 1 slice of wheat toast, 1 banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY3
BREAKFAST
1 piece of cheese, apple, 5 saltines
LUNCH
1 egg, 1 slice of wheat toast
DINNER
1 can of tuna, banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

I have a old version of the diet. It says you can have your 1 egg fixed how you like it. I scrambled it using a light pam spray. Also I switched around the veggies.
