I’ve dreaded the treadmill for as long as I can remember. Instead of cutting it out, I’ve developed this workout routine that hits your legs, butt, abs, and arms and makes time fly by, a win win situation.

Say goodbye to boring walking or jogging on a single speed forever!!!

Workout:

Treadmill was set to a 5.0 incline for the entire workout

EXERCISE- MPH- TIME ON THE TREADMILL

Walk (3.5mph) 0-2 min
Sprint (8.0 mph) 2-3 min
Walk (3.5mph) 3-5 min
Abs 5-6 min
Walk (3.5mph) 6-8 min
Lunges (1.5 mph) 8-9 min
Walk (3.5mph) 9-11 min
Push ups 11-12 min
Walk (3.5mph) 12-13 min
Right squat (1.5 mph) 13-14 min
Walk (3.5mph) 14-16 min
Bodyweight squat 16-17 min
Walk (3.5mph) 17-19 min
Left squat (1.5 mph) 19-20 min
