The 2 Week Diet

Build a big chest and big back without using weights. Today we put on the MIR Weighted Vest and do a Pull-up and Push-up workout. I tried to do sets of 20 Pushups and 10 pullups….and was successful. Take what time you need to get through this one…just not too much time. 45 minutes max. Do 3 sets of each combination of moves. Standard Pushups, Wide Pull-ups 3 sets and then the next two moves for 3 sets. you will end up doing 12 pushup sets and 12 pull-up sets. ENJOY!!
